Description:
Single Vineyard wine from rolling hills off of Buhman Avenue. 50/50 stainless steel ferment no malo / barrel ferment malo. Barrel portion= 50/50 new French oak (medium and blonde toast) / used french oak (Damy, Sylvain). Pressed gently 155 gal/ton yield. Currently stirring on the lees, unfined, unfiltered.
Age worthy, bright and aromatic. I produced more than I can sell in these circumstances and am looking for a home for part of my flagship Chardonnay.
