Light and smooth, this Catalan variety is harvested for bright acidity and gives a layer of lively peach, apple and sea breeze. An easy drink with low alc and bright acid. Use as a part of your sparkling base cuvee, blend into other whites to add depth and fruit or bottle as is to offer your clients something new and exciting.
