You wont find this anywhere but Spain! This unique white variety is used as the base for Cava but also makes a gorgeous stand alone still wine. Macabeo has a mouth coating texture that adds layers to any blend. The nose jumps out of the glass with aromas of honeydew, lemon, and subtle floral notes of citrus blossom. Use as a part of your sparkling base cuvee, blend into other whites to add depth and fruit or bottle as is to offer your clients something new and exciting.
