Description:

This block of field blend Zinfandel is on slopes and hillsides of Lytton Springs. The field blend consists of 75% Zinfandel, 10% Petite Sirah, 10% Carignane and 5% Malvasia, Palomino, and Alicante Bouschet. We use compost and cover crops to to provide fertility and our dry farming practice results in a true expression of the land these vines grow on. The vines are head-trained for light to moderate crop loads. Our in house harvest crew is ready to get the job done when the fruit is mature.
