Description:
Portuguese varieties Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) - Organic Certified. I live in Massachusetts and travel to Portugal often to tend to the vineyard business. Grapes are hand-picked, de-stemmed, crushed and immediately transported to a freezer facility 30 minutes from our vineyard. The juice/must is flash frozen in 265 gallon food-grade totes. Have 13 totes available from this past 2024 harvest, arriving to the USA in April 2025. Proven to make outstanding wines.
