Elegantly handcrafted at our winery with careful hand sorting, manual punch downs, gentle bladder press. Aged in ~20% new French oak. This elegant GSM blend exhibits notes of black cherry and cranberry on the palate ending with a black pepper finish. Minimum purchase 300 gallons.
