Quality grapes made into quality wine. Hand punch-down, cold and slow, 3 weeks on skins in macro bins. Punchdown on lees for 4 months in stainless tank, then to flextank. Ready for the barrel and your custom touch. I use this same wine in our production and tasting room. We grow these grapes and have 5 tons available for purchase in 2024 as well.
