The Noches vineyard is on the north side of Calistoga, near Tubbs lane. We're equally split between clone 47 (virus free version of 337) and clone 8 on rootstock 1616C. Tight 4x5 spacing, 6.5 acre parcel. Sustainably farmed for vineyard designate quality. Averaging 20 tons total from this sight. Looking for an ongoing winery parter for the entire block, but can also split it up between multiple buyers too.
