2 lots of Pinot Noir are available from an Estate Vineyard located on the foothill of Chehalem AVA. Vineyard follows organic practices. No herbicide on those 25+ years old vines. Crop load =2.5 tpa.
The wines are fresh and fruity. Dark color. MLF completed and wines sulfured. Unfined and unfiltered, Native Fermentation. Standalone wines or can be used for complementing your production.
Lot 1: Tank aged with staves. 1320 gal ($25/gal)
Lot2: Barrel aged 4200 gal ($30/gal)
