We will have our upcoming Pinot Gris crop available as bulk wine and looking to secure a home ahead of the season. 75 tons. Grown with canopy shade on the fruit to protect aromatics, minimize color, and retain elevated natural acidity. It will be machine picked at night and into the winery to be crushed and pressed off the skins immediately upon harvest. Samples of the previous 2023 vintage available to show as an anticipated comparison.
