Description:
Pretty wine with layers of black cherry, black raspberry, a little earth and white pepper. Well-balanced with juicy acidity, great texture and well-integrated tannins. Native yeast, natural malolactic completed, not fined or filtered. Wine is out of barrel, assembled in tank, ready for a standalone or to elevate a blend.
From two vineyards with volcanic Jory or Nekia, two with sedimentary soils. Our home vineyard (30% of the blend) is 15-35-year-old own-rooted, dry-farmed, no-till vines.
