120 cases of 2021 Blanc de Noir Méthode Champenoise sparkling wine shiners, bottled in February 2022. This is barrel fermented base wine consisting of Pinot Noir clones 115, 777 and 667 from the award winning Ten Peaks Vineyard. Shiners are available at Lundeen Wines in McMinnville.
