Grown at 1900ft this site is perfect for Sauvignon. Long slow ripening gives wines with great acidity and classic passionfruit/gooseberry flavors.
Not much for sale as this comes off of a small 2 acre vineyard and I will be using the rest of the fruit for my production so get it while its hot!
