This elegant garnet colored dry Pinot Noir has a delicate youthful expression of violets, licorice, cedar, and coco nibs on the nose and zingy blood orange, cola, hibiscus flower tea on the pallet. Light nutmeg spice and a Ceylon tea finish.
Made from premium Pinot Noir grown by the sea, BASSI RANCH SLO COAST 50% whole cluster fermented with native yeast and gently punched down until pressed off and aged for 10 months in neutral French Oak. Bottled without fining or filtration. ZIPPY FUN WINE!
