1650 gallons of organically farmed Sauvignon Blanc. North Coast AVA, cofermented fruit from both Yorkville Highlands and Lake County. Delicious, aromatic, light and pretty with plenty of acid, crisp and super clean. Amazing blender but great on its own. Mix of clones and leaner style, lots of lime and citrus balanced with tropical notes like papaya and passionfruit etc. All tank fermented, no oak profile as of yet.
