60 gallons of Chenin Blanc from one of the older Chenin vineyards in the state, planted in the early 1970s on its own roots in a little valley outside Los Alamos. Soils are sandy with calcareous shale. Whole cluster pressed, fermented in barrel and put through ML. Great freshness and cut on the palate; nicely focused and very detailed.
