Beautiful hand crafted Cabernet Sauvignon from San Benito, CA. Hand harvested, de-stemmed and fermented in 5 ton open top temp controlled tanks with no water/acid or any type of additives. Currently aging in nuetral french oak barrels on the lees. Really nice fruit up front with a broad mid palate and balanced acidity.
