This wine has been ageing in French Oak barrels for 1.5 years. It has undergone Malolactic Fermentation and sitting very nicely right now. The nose and taste are very fruity and round. This wine is from 1 ton of Pinot Noir that was separated into two half ton lots and fermented separately, one bin had Distinction Yeast ( Maurivin) and the other had Syrah Yeast (Enoferm), these two yeast have brought out more bold fruity flavors. Clean fermentation and flavors.
