From the refined, site-driven experience at Reeve to the vibrant, high-energy world of BloodRoot (and our music festival, The Ramble!), we have something rare: powerful brands with real soul, and a lot of magic to work with.

We’re creating a new leadership role and looking for a Marketing & Sales Director to help bring that magic to life across every customer touchpoint. This is a hands-on, strategic, and highly creative role for someone who understands nuance—who can translate brand identity into meaningful customer experiences and revenue-driving programs. You’ll be both visionary and executor: equally comfortable building a campaign calendar as you are launching it flawlessly.

YOUR ROLE

Own and execute a comprehensive marketing + sales strategy across both brands
Build and manage a high-level communications and campaign calendar
Create and deploy compelling email marketing campaigns
Develop and launch innovative sales programs beyond the tasting room and wine club
Drive direct-to-consumer growth, including social media sales (Instagram, TikTok)
Oversee and elevate brand storytelling across all channels
Manage content creation, including photography direction and asset development
Lead collateral design and production (tech sheets, shelf talkers, trade materials)
Support and empower national sales and distributor networks with effective tools
Build and enhance membership retention and upsell programs
Collaborate with internal and external partners
Oversee website updates, Tock management, and RedChirp campaigns
Support tasting room initiatives, events, and overall guest experience
Help elevate the Reeve villa experience in partnership with on-site teams
Manage and grow press relationships and coverage opportunities

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
