Are you a fan of Quady North? Have you always dreamed of having a job in the wine industry? Are you a people person, a person who enjoys hosting amazing experiences for fellow wine lovers? Then we would love to have someone like you on our team!

We are currently hiring for a tasting room associate on Friday and Saturday afternoons, and full days Sundays, with the possibility of more hours available as we get into the busy season.

Duties:

- Host wine tasting experiences for guests
- Serve guests wine and other beverages
- Make and serve simple food items
- Work with a POS system to ring up customers
- Sign up new wine club members
- Teach guests about Quady North wines, vineyards, history, etc.
- Keep the tasting room clean
- Stock wines
- Take daily inventory
- Pack wine shipments
- Work special events

What we expect:

- Weekends are a must!
- Must be over 21
- Must have an OLCC serving permit and a food handlers permit OR must acquire these items before starting
- Good people skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience working in a serving, bartending, or hospitality job.
- Willingness to learn about Quady North wines, vineyards, history, etc.
- Ability to lift at least 40lbs.

Experience in wine is helpful, but not required. We’re really looking mostly for people who can work well with people, communicate effectively, and work in an often fast-paced serving environment.

Compensation: $16/hour, plus tips and bonuses
