What the Role Looks Like
Your days will include hosting tastings, selling wine, helping grow our wine club, and assisting with the behind-the-scenes details that make our hospitality experience exceptional.
Because we are a small winery, every team member plays an important role in the success of the business.

Sales ability - you’re comfortable asking for the sale and building long-term customers.
Kindness and hospitality - guests feel welcomed and cared for when they interact with you.
Details - you notice things others overlook and take pride in doing things well.

Qualifications
•  Wine industry or hospitality sales experience preferred
•  Strong communication skills
•  Must be available weekends and some holidays
•  Highly organized and very detail oriented
•  Must be 21+ and able to lift 50 lbs
