Kosta Browne seeks a hospitality leader to oversee comprehensive event management, luxury client relations, and strategic ambassador programming. This role represents advanced hospitality expertise requiring sophisticated service delivery, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex luxury experiences for our most valued members.

As a key member of the Hospitality team, you'll set the standard for service excellence while leading event planning, execution, and off-site programming initiatives. This position requires executive-level sophistication to manage affluent clientele, advanced wine knowledge, and proven ability to generate revenue through relationship building and program development.

Core Responsibilities
Luxury Event Management & Leadership
Lead comprehensive planning and execution of exclusive KB private events and consumer experiences, serving as primary contact for high-value members from initial consultation through follow-up and with partners and vendors. Collaborate cross-departmentally to assess event impact and maintain seamless luxury operations.

Strategic Ambassador Programming
Lead development and execution of ambassador programming including private tastings and regional experiences, with strategic relationship building and sophisticated brand representation.

Hospitality Operations
Support the hospitality team, daily luxury operations, and winery organization. Host winery experiences ensuring all member interactions exceed expectations through anticipatory service and cultural sensitivity.
