This position provides bookkeeping and administrative support to the General Manager of a premier wine brand, and works under the guidance of the CFO. The business runs a tasting room, vineyard, and restaurant, so this environment is very dynamic. This position will be responsible for entering financial data daily, as well as entering month-end journal entries. This position will act as a bridge between all locations and managers.

Wine industry experience preferred, but not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Note that this is not intended to restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
- Manage accounts payable through Bill.com
- Manage sales and accounts receivable
- Enter month-end journal entries
- File and pay Out of State returns through ShipCompliant
- Research and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries
- Review the QB file and ensure that transactions are coded and tagged appropriately
- File paper documents
- Follow up with other departments and managers
- Other projects and tasks as assigned or needed
- Regular attendance and schedule adherence
Required Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years using QuickBooks Desktop
Proficient knowledge of:
- Bill.com
- Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, filters)
- Microsoft Word
- G Suite
- Spanish Bilingual
