Job Description:

Andante Vineyard is located in Dallas, Oregon, in the heart of the Willamette Valley, within the Van Duzer Corridor AVA. We are seeking an individual that has a passion for hospitality and shares in our core values and love of all things wine. The Tasting Room Manager position provides proactive management of Andante’s tasting room operations, as well as effectively maintaining high standards of performance in all areas, including but not limited to: customer service, guest experiences, managing and scheduling staff. This is an estate-based, full-time position with competitive compensation and incentives. Full benefits package included: medical and dental insurance, employee discount, paid time off, and 401(k).

SCHEDULE:
Wednesday - Sunday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees, providing training and guidance.
- Oversee and supervise staff with daily operations, including cleaning, opening / closing procedures, and cash till reports.
- Assist in coordinating and executing sales goals and initiatives set by the Director of Sales.
- Assist with the planning and coordinating tasting room events, off-site events, and private parties.
- Maintain accurate records and supplies and coordinate wine orders and restocking as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- minimum 3 years tasting room management experience.
- Proven skill in leadership, analysis, and management; can effectively manage a diverse staff to exceptional performance.
- Team player with excellent communication skills; able to work effectively and respectfully with customers, staff, and owners.
- Ability to work and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of detail and pleasant demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation, tact, and diplomacy.
- Computer savvy including but not limited to: Google Suite, Tock, and Orderport.
- Must be 21 years of age or older; have and maintain an OLCC server permit and an OR Food Handlers Card.
- Fluent in English.

- Ability to routinely lift and move 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
