Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate, detail-driven service professional to assist in leading our hospitality team. This is not a full management position, but it is a leadership role—ideal for someone who is a natural host, embodies warmth and professionalism, and has an insatiable curiosity for wine and connection.
As Hospitality Lead, you’ll play a central role in delivering unforgettable guest experiences, supporting allocation membership retention and growth, and upholding the visual and emotional excellence of our hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities
•  Act as a leader within the hospitality team—supporting, motivating, and setting the standard for consistent, high-level service.
•  Greet and engage guests with intention, generosity, and authentic hospitality.
•  Host curated tasting experiences that reflect the Abbott Claim story and values.
•  Sell wine and allocation memberships with genuine enthusiasm and care.
•  Manage guest and member correspondence to ensure a warm, concierge-level experience.
•  Assist with logistics, including shipping, order packing, and tracking.
•  Work both independently and collaboratively with a team-first mindset—no task is too small when it comes to creating extraordinary experiences.
•  Provide fine dining–style service in a relaxed luxury environment.
•  Maintain the visual and experiential excellence of the Oculus.
•  Serve as Manager-on-Duty during the Hospitality Manager’s absence (about twice weekly), providing leadership and operational support.
•  Oversee daily operations, including reservation check-in, restocking, food preparation, and wine fulfillment.
•  Contribute to events, trade visits, and occasional offsite activations.
•  Other duties as assigned to support the success of the team and guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
•  7+ years in hospitality or wine industry
•  Able to maintain high performance and focus during long or demanding shifts.
•  OLCC and Food Handler’s certifications
•  Must be 21+ years old
•  Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
•  Familiarity with Commerce7 and shipping software a plus
•  Wine certifications highly valued
