Job Description:
Laird Family Estate, the premium custom crush facility in Napa, is looking for reliable, team oriented, energetic and enthusiastic individuals for a full time cellar position. This is your opportunity to work at winery that focuses on small lot, high end wines from some of the top brands in the Napa Valley.

EXPERIENCED CELLAR WORKER :
•  Full time position.
•  Significant winery experience necessary, great work ethics and dependability are required.
•  Cellar position will assist in all cellar activities, including: Sanitation, additions, barrel work, cleaning, sanitizing and sterilizing all winery equipment and facilities, wine shipping, filtration's, topping of barrels, fining, forklift driving. Press Operator and Crusher Operator during harvest.
•  Good communication skills required; ability to communicate professionally and clearly with client winemakers and work collaboratively with others.
•  Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds of weight. Candidate must also be able to stand for long periods of time, reach with arms and hands, walk long distances, walk up stairs, sit for long periods of time, kneel, stoop, crouch and crawl.
•  Up to six days a week & long hours during peak season.
•  Position requires work schedule flexibility.
•  Obey all safety regulations.
•  Must be able to work with SO2 gas.
•  Pay range $25.00/hr - $32.00/hr DOE
