Petit Vin is a small, independently owned French wine importer and distributor (located in MA.) looking for a full time sales representative to sell, promote, and grow our client base in the Boston territory. We strive to support our employees and provide the tools they need to be successful. Our portfolio was conceived out of a passion for exceptional wines, the places they come from, and the hands that produce them. We value the close connection we have with our producers. We seek out only the best, focusing on quality and sustainability.

We are looking for someone passionate, knowledgeable and eager to continue learning about wine. If you have a strong work ethic, self motivated and would like to move into sales, this position is a great start!

Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age
Live in Massachusetts and have valid MA Drivers License
Experience in the wine and spirits industry (restaurant, bars, retail, sales etc.)
Reliable transportation/ access to a vehicle, and willingness to frequently drive to meetings etc.
The ability to lift heavy boxes (apx. 40lbs) regularly.
Have a passion for wine, knowledge of wine regions, grape varieties, wine flaws, and vinification practices. (CMS or WSET certification is a plus but not required)
Outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work alone and with a team.
Eager and willing to participate in continuing education.
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
The ability to develop and maintain effective account relationships and represent our growing brands in the greater Boston market.
Develop new accounts - Take responsibility for customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, and product information.
Interested in developing themselves professionally by showing a capacity to learn and take on new challenges.
