Job Description:

The Production Operator I will be responsible for but not limited to; the
setup/operation of assigned production equipment. The day-to-day inventory movement to
support manufacturing requirements. The Operator will also work with Quality and others to
support departments to meet operational goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Responsible for start-up, operation, change over, shut down and preventative
maintenance of assigned production equipment.
•  Perform manual tasks as assigned. Assignment may include, but not limited to,
loading cork hoppers, supplying other production line items, reworking product as
necessary, and packaging.
•  Verify accuracy of work (i.e. QA line checks, verification of load-in/load-out accuracy).
•  Provide general plant and facility clean up (5S) including, but not limited to
production line clean up and sanitizing, and warehouse sanitation.
•  Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on
production orders.
•  Performs WMS activities and execute movements in a timely manner.
•  Use forklift to transport material to and from a location.
•  Performs all duties assigned, but not limited to the job description.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•  High School Diploma
•  1-2 years related experience in warehouse manufacturing & material flow.
•  Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of the Harv 81 team.
•  Computer skill in Excel, Word, & Outlook
•  Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment.
•  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•  Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack.
•  Proficient with using tools such as a RF Scanner
•  Process improvement mindset.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
•  Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
•  Able as needed to meet deadlines.
•  Frequently required to walk, bend, stoop, lift, twist and stand for long periods of time.
•  Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds.
•  Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
•  Must comply with GMP/Food Safety policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and processes
that apply to Harv 81 USA.

Pay Range

$19.00-$23.00 per hour
