Boutique grower owned winery in the Willamette Valley seeks a full or part time wholesale manager for the Seattle Metro Area.

You will work directly with owner/winemaker. You will be an extension of our ethos, our process, and our culture. Your primary duty is to ensure our brand and product is present in the best on premise and off premise accounts within the State of Washington.

The ideal candidate has experience working wholesale within the Seattle metro area and perhaps has also spent time within the restaurant/hospitality industry. This individual should have an understanding of brand strategy within the world of wine and how boutique wineries of the Willamette Valley are uniquely positioned to prosper within the sector of fine wine. Your knowledge of old world wine and regional history (France specifically) should be evident. Your excitement for organically farmed, small production Pinot’s and Chardonnay from Oregon should be palpable. You will need to be personable, accountable, and uniquely dependable. This position can be flexible and malleable for the right person. You will work remotely in the Seattle Metro area, yet occasionally join the team here at the estate during critical days of harvest/bottling/celebration.


Actively identify premium wholesale accounts across Washington
Perform outreach, create relationships, and professionally service these wholesale accounts
Facilitate unique events that highlight the brand
Participate in brand management and marketing decisions

Compensation: $40-100K (DOE and availability)

This job is best for a current wine professional who seeks flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to get their hustle on while being part of a premium rising brand. You must have references that can speak volumes to you as a professional and to who you are as an individual. Your track record as a professional will take precedent over any certifications, trainings, or titles.
