This is a charmat tank and not a brite tank - it's working pressure is up to 6 bar (brite tanks are usually around 1 bar).

Used for only a few vintages of sparkling wine. Excellent shape other than one small dent away from the jacket near the bottom that is hard to notice. The dent is to the stainless covering the insulation - it's not to the inner pressure tank.
