We are an Estate Winery and Custom Crush provider conveniently located in Napa Carneros off of Hwy 12.
In addition to our full-service Custom Crush operation, we currently have Bulk Wine Fermentation and/or Storage available. We have seven 14,365 gallon fully jacketed tanks available for fermentation of white wines and/or storage of both red and white wines. Tanks are fully jacketed with glycol cooling and heating, with the ability to cold stabilize.
We welcome both AP and custom crush clients, and all scenarios of utilizing these tanks, whether the need is for storage only, or full production from grape to bottle. This facility and team can meet your needs. Please email directly for more information.
