Organically grown (not certified) Colombard. Consistently clean, excellent quality fruit.
Usually harvests early September at ~21 brix, 3.15 pH, 7-9 TA but can pick earlier for sparkling or later for riper style.
Makes an excellent, clean crisp white or sparkling base (10.5-11% ABV). Perfect for blending as it's so clean, fruity and great chemistry.
$800/ton if you take 10+ tons, $850/ton 5+ tons, $900/ton 2-4 tons, $1000/ton 1 ton or less.
