Hillside Cabernet available. All or part. Grapes ripened to 24.2 brix on 10/10/23 and 25.8 on 10/30/23. Grapes sold to Robert Young Winery last year. You can sample the 23 vintage at Robert Young. It appears we are going to have another late season. Secure ripe fruit at a discounted price for your Winery. Also available are 8 tons of hillside Merlot.. The grapes are meticulously farmed, and the vineyard is in excellent condition.
