Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, polished Field Sales Ambassador to represent our portfolio throughout California. This role blends luxury sales expertise with a passion for wine and relentless drive to continue the growth of our portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter, engaging storyteller, natural relationship builder, and results-driven sales professional. This is a unique opportunity to grow with one of the most respected names in the wine industry.

Key Responsibilities
•  Represent the portfolio at tastings, events, trade shows, and brand activations across California
•  Drive sales growth with key stakeholders across all channels throughout the state
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with sommeliers and buyers
•  Conduct tastings and lead educational sessions for accounts, clients, and trade partners
•  Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales priorities, campaigns, messaging, and goals
•  Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline updates, and weekly market reporting
•  Travel frequently for market visits, events, and account support

Qualifications
•  5+ years of experience in wine sales, preferably in the luxury or fine wine segment
•  Strong California industry relationships and market knowledge required
•  Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
•  Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and developing high-value client relationships
•  Proficiency with CRM tools such as VIP, Karma, and iDig
•  Polished, professional presence consistent with a luxury brand image
•  Valid driver’s license and ability to lift and carry wine cases as needed
