Tasting Room Sales Associate (Wine + Private Experiences)

Not your typical tasting room job. At Folded Hills, you’re not just pouring wine—you’re leading private ranch experiences, interacting with animals, and hosting guests in a 600-acre working ranch setting. This role is part hospitality, part sales, part experience guide.

Compensation:$35–$45/hour average (hourly + tips) Top performers consistently earn on the higher end through wine sales and guest engagement.

What You’ll Do
-Host elevated wine tastings and create memorable guest experiences
-Lead private ranch tours and experiences (including animal interactions)
-Drive wine sales and wine club conversions through genuine connection
-Represent the Folded Hills brand with confidence and authenticity
-Manage multiple guests and experiences simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
