Job Description:

LucidWild Estate | Dundee Hills, Oregon

Free + Limitless + LucidWild

LucidWild Estate

Perched 800 feet above the valley floor, LucidWild’s SkyTerraces + WineCaves span over 15,000 square feet, offering panoramic views of Mount Hood, the North Cascades, and the Willamette Valley.

This isn't your typical wine tasting, not even close.

Forget traditional, buttoned-up hospitality. This is immersive and high-touch, yet laid-back with a cool vibe. At LucidWild, we're redefining what wine experiences can be, creating one-of-a-kind spaces for tastings, gatherings, and private moments. From guided tastings in the SkyLounge or LivingRoom, to exploring the WineCaves, to wine-fueled afternoons in the RecRoom, every space is designed to feel intentional, elevated, and distinctly LucidWild.

We’re building a team of sharp, intuitive individuals who can bring that experience to life.

OWNERSHIP STARTS HERE
At LlucidWild, leadership isn't a title; it's how you show up. Initiative, accountability, and a sense of ownership are part of the culture and expected from everyone.

YOUR IMPACT
You are the experience. Whether you're leading a tasting in the SkyLounge, setting the tone in the RecRoom, pouring in the WineCaves, or guiding guests to our speakeasy (vinyl spinning, jellyfish glowing), you create moments that stay with people. This role is active, visible, and essential. You're part of a tight, high-performing team that shows up with purpose, works hard, and keeps the energy elevated.

ELEVATE EVERY GUEST
You read people effortlessly. You know when to lean in, and when to step back, and how to make every guest feel seen. You shape the tone of the visit, turning first impressions into lasting connections and making LucidWild feel like a place guests want to return to.

OWN THE STORY
You don't need certifications, just presence and curiosity. We'll teach you everything about our wines, vineyard, and philosophy. Your role is to bring it to life. Lead tastings that feel natural and engaging, never scripted, and leave guests feeling like they've uncovered something special.

SET THE ENERGY
No scripts. No pressure. Just an authentic connection that builds trust and keeps guests engaged.

CREW FIRST
You're part of a team that moves together. Whether setting up a private experience, jumping into service, or resetting after a full day, you contribute wherever needed. It's collaborative and built on mutual respect. No egos, just people who care about doing it right.

THE STANDARD
No egos. No silos. One Team. One Dream. One Standard.
At LucidWild, we hold ourselves to a clear Standard of Excellence. It shows up in every detail, how we host, how we communicate, how we present our wines and food, and how we support one another. Every touchpoint reflects that commitment.

Excellence is the baseline.

WHO YOU ARE
You’re a natural connector. You care deeply about creating memorable experiences and know how to read a room. You believe hospitality is a craft and take pride in doing things the right way. You don’t need a script. You show up as yourself and make people feel at home.

NATURAL HOST
You create ease and connection, whether you're pouring wine, sharing a story, or simply engaging in conversation.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Extremely Competitive Compensation (hourly rate + gratuity)
Wine club sign-up incentives
Team tastings and professional development opportunities
Lots of opportunities to pick up more hours with our events team!

A FEW MUST-HAVES:
OLCC certified
Oregon Food Handler Certified
Able to lift 40lbs, repeatedly, every day
Reliable, punctual, and solution-oriented
Available to work weekends and occasional evenings

WHY LUCIDWILD ESTATE? (A.K.A. WHY THIS JOB IS EPIC)
LucidWild Estate isn’t just a winery. It’s a destination, a creative playground. A dream setting with breathtaking views, world-class wines, and epic spaces at your disposal.
