Mission: Convert sales leads to venue bookings and wine sales. The Venue Sales Coordinator drives customer satisfaction and winery revenue by managing event clients through booking and event coordination process that prioritizes the guest experience and winery brand.
Responsibilities:
Drive Venue & Wine Sales
- Manage event inquiries/leads, conduct venue tours
- Manage Fogarty Events social media, maintain photo galleries and venue marketplace pages such as Wedding Wire, Here Comes the Guide, etc.
Event Coordination and Support:
- Serve as onsite venue manager during events (includes opening/closing the venue, function as venue POC for event client and vendor teams, address real-time venue-related needs)
- Facilitate wine tastings, winery/vineyard tours

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to support the team wherever needed
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lift a case of wine and be on your feet for extended periods of time (up to 50lbs)
