Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to handle general office operations and to support the team with routine daily tasks and special projects. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized and able to prioritize tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
AA/BA degree and/or 5+ years of work experience.
Spanish bilingual preferred.
Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office programs; Word, Excel and Adobe Professional.
IT capabilities, record keeping and management of devices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  General office skills (answer phones, screen calls and respond to or route routine inquiries).
•  Collect, review, and analyze data. Prepare reports, charts, and presentation materials.
•  Maintain files and databases.
•  Manage office supply inventory, assemble and distribute materials..
•  Assist staff members with administration functions as needed.
•  Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Coordinate mailings.
•  Schedule and coordinate meetings and other group activities.
