Regional Sales Manager – Pacific Northwest
Revelry Vintners – Walla Walla, WA
At Revelry Vintners, we craft site-driven wines from some of the most exciting vineyards in Washington’s Columbia Valley. With Bordeaux and Rhône varieties at the core of our program, over 20 unique vineyard-designate lots, and an award-winning Walla Walla winery, we are building one of the Northwest’s most dynamic and recognized wine brands.
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest - a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, driving placements, and championing Washington wine. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, quality-focused winery with a reputation for innovation and momentum.
What You’ll Do
Grow Revelry sales across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho with our distributor partners.
Build strong relationships with distributor managers, reps, and key on/off premise accounts.
Increase PODs (points of distribution) through market work, ride-withs, and buyer introductions.
Lead in-market brand activation - trade events, consumer tastings, and programming.
Monitor inventory, pricing, and depletion trends to ensure healthy market growth.
Report weekly activity and results, contributing to forecasting and sales strategy.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years wine/spirits sales experience (supplier or distributor side).
Existing knowledge of the PNW marketplace and relationships with key buyers.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and unusual hours as the role demands.
Clean DMV record and ability to travel regularly by car.
Passion for wine, people, and life on the road.
Based in the Pacific Northwest (preferred).
