Support the Paul Hobbs marketing team in executing in-house marketing initiatives for our prestigious portfolio of luxury wine brands.
Assists with the creation, maintenance and distribution of trade marketing materials, while also managing and supporting all digital marketing efforts including social media, web content, and analytics.
1) Brand Support:
a. Manages daily logistics & upkeep of the department (i.e., sample sends, inventory management, etc.).
b. Communicates, records, and tracks media hits & samples.
c. Serves as main contact for all promotional material requests.
2) Sales & Marketing Administration:
a. Leads travel itineraries for all PH and PHS principals.
b. Supports the design, production and management of portfolio assets and collateral
c. Coordinates consumer & trade events and acts as brand ambassador.
d. Supports critics tastings.
3) Digital:
a. Creates monthly internal newsletter
b. Supports web, social and PR initiatives.
c. Pulls metrics for all digital platforms (website, Google, social) monthly.
