Position Title: Credit SpecialistII
Department: Regal Wine Company Finance
Reports to: Credit Manager
This position is a member of the Credit Department at Regal Wine Company. Primary responsibility is monitoring and maintaining the overall credit quality of customer accounts in compliance with the State of California ABC regulations. Provide support to sales force.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review and process credit applications.
• Strictly comply with applicable state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to alcohol distribution in California.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve billing issues.
• Interact with customers and sales force regarding account status and invoicing issues via phone and email.
• Research and reconciliation of customer accounts. Resolve payment discrepancies.
• Negotiate payment arrangements as required.
• Schedule delinquent account notifications.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of customer interactions and payment details.
• Special projects as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3 years experience in accounts receivable or related finance role.
• Experience in resolving A/R disputes, account and payment reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• JDEdwards database experience preferred but not required.
WAGE TRANSPARANCY:
The base pay for this role ranges from $23.19 - $28.11 - $33.03 hourly. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
