About This Role
We are seeking a part-time Wine Club Server to join our team in delivering elevated hospitality experiences for our Wine Club members and guests. This role bridges restaurant-level service with tasting room-style engagement, focusing on wine knowledge, club membership conversations, and personalized guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality to Wine Club members and guests, ensuring each visit feels special and personalized
- Guide guests through our wine list, offering detailed tasting notes and pairing suggestions
- Educate guests on DeLille’s history, winemaking philosophy, and current releases
- Clearly explain Wine Club tiers, benefits, and differences between winery and restaurant programs
- Accurately enter orders and process transactions through Toast POS, applying member discounts as appropriate
- Accurately enter orders and process transactions through Commerce 7 POS, applying member discounts as appropriate
- Assist with Wine Club events, member-exclusive tastings, and special dinners
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards for the Wine Club service area
- Support barista and beverage service as needed (coffee drinks, cocktails, etc.)
- Collaborate with FOH team to ensure seamless service flow during both tasting and dining experiences

Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or tasting room environment preferred
- Strong wine knowledge or willingness to learn Washington wine and DeLille portfolio quickly
- Confident in speaking with guests about wine, membership benefits, and pairing recommendations
- Comfortable with POS systems (Toast POS experience a plus)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid MAST permit (or obtain prior to start)
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and Wine Club event dates as scheduled
