Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, polished State Sales Ambassador to represent our portfolio across California. This role combines luxury sales expertise with a deep passion for wine and an ability to build strong, lasting relationships with high-end accounts, distributor sales, and key clients. If you’re a highly motivated self-starter, engaging storyteller, natural relationship builder, and savvy sales professional, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow with one of the most respected names in the wine industry.

Key Responsibilities
•  Represent our brands at tastings, events, and trade shows across California
•  Drive sales growth with key accounts, distributors, regional accounts, retail and on-premise partners
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with sommeliers, buyers, and collectors
•  Conduct tastings and lead educational sessions for accounts, clients, and trade
•  Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaigns, messaging, and goals
•  Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline updates, and weekly market reporting
•  Travel frequently for account visits, events, and brand activations

Qualifications
•  5+ years of experience in wine sales, preferably in the luxury or fine wine segment. Strong California industry connections required
•  Deep wine knowledge (WSET III, CMS II, or CSW preferred)
•  Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
•  Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and developing client relationships
•  Proficiency with CRM tools (VIP, Karma, iDig)
•  Polished, professional appearance consistent with a luxury brand image
•  Valid driver’s license and ability to lift and carry wine cases as needed.
