Buli Limestone Wines is a family-owned boutique winery based in Fredericksburg, Texas. We craft premium wines from Texas and Tuscany, driven by a winemaking philosophy rooted in limestone-rich terroir, Mediterranean varietals, and honest craftsmanship. Our mission is to deliver wines and experiences that reflect both Tuscan charm and Texas grit.

With a flagship tasting room on Park Street, we’re building a destination brand that pairs world-class wine with warm hospitality, cultural storytelling, and entrepreneurial ambition. We are now seeking a General Manager to join our leadership team and help bring our bold vision to life.

Responsibilities
•  Consistently deliver great hospitality and service that supports the core mission of the brand
•  Promote and effectively sell wine and wine club membership conversions
•  Accurate and timely customer data and order entry
•  Assist in the daily opening and closing procedures
•  Demonstrates personal accountability by completing all job duties in a correct and timely manner and by following all company policies and procedures
•  Lead, schedule, train, and mentor the tasting room team
•  Assist General Manager with all aspects of tasting room operations and daily logistics
•  Assist General Manager with maintaining all wine and merchandise inventory, ordering, and POS systems
•  Assist General Manager with quarterly performance reviews for sales team
•  Act as manager on duty in absence of General Manager
Requirements:
•  Sales and goal-oriented team player
•  Meet monthly sales and conversion goals, both in the tasting room as well as through outbound calling and emailing sales campaigns
•  Ability to intelligently and articulately communicate about our wines and membership tiers
•  Easily flexes into tailoring the experience for the novice or the well-informed connoisseur
•  Background and knowledge of wine and the winemaking process
•  Very organized and detail-oriented
•  Self-starter, internally driven, and motivated
•  Must thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
•  Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
•  Effective verbal and written communication skills
•  Must be able to lift 40 pounds
•  Weekends, some holidays, and evenings required
