Full-Time Tractor Operator – Beaux Frères Vineyard

Beaux Frères Vineyard is seeking a skilled and motivated full-time tractor operator to join our vineyard team. This role is central to the care and success of our organically farmed estate in the Ribbon Ridge AVA.

About Beaux Frères
Founded in 1986 by Michael Etzel and his brother-in-law Robert Parker, Beaux Frères has become one of Oregon’s iconic Pinot Noir producers. From the very beginning, the estate was guided by a philosophy of respect for the land, hands-on farming, and uncompromising winemaking. Today, our vineyards in the Ribbon Ridge AVA are organically farmed, and our wines are known for their elegance, balance, and expressive sense of place.

Key Responsibilities
•  Safe and efficient operation of tractors and vineyard machinery (mowing, tillage, spraying, compost spreading, under-vine cultivation, etc.)
•  Routine maintenance and basic mechanical care of equipment
•  Assisting with seasonal vineyard tasks such as canopy management, pruning, harvest support at the winery, etc.
•  Collaboration with the vineyard team to ensure timely and precise execution of vineyard operations

Qualifications
•  Previous experience operating tractors and vineyard or farm equipment required
•  Basic mechanical aptitude for minor repairs and preventative maintenance
•  Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed
•  Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist with diverse vineyard duties
•  Knowledge of viticulture or organic farming practices is a plus, but training will be provided
