About Us
Page Cellars is a vibrant, boutique winery located in the bustling Warehouse District of Woodinville, WA. We specialize in big, bold Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, and our burgeoning distillery, Crooked Neck Spirits, released its first product last year with more in the works.
Our tasting room feels like part winery, part sports bar, part your favorite living room—an unpretentious, welcoming space where great wine and community collide. We host a lively lineup of events, including trivia nights, live music, wine education experiences, candlelight concerts, and floral design classes.
If you thrive in a creative, guest-focused environment and want to play an integral role in shaping the guest experience, this is the opportunity for you.
Role Summary
As our Lead Tasting Room Associate, you will serve as the boots-on-the-ground anchor of tasting room operations, bridging the gap between hybrid-remote staff and on-site guest service.
This role works closely with the Winery Owner/Winemaker, the Business Manager, the Community Experience and Brand Manager, and the Lead Wine Educator to ensure smooth daily operations and an elevated guest experience. In the initial months, you will receive hands-on, comprehensive training directly from the on-site management team.
As the lead on-site when the manager is not present, you will bring initiative, reliability, and a sense of ownership to the tasting room—guiding part-time support staff, upholding SOPs, and helping guests feel at home.
