Full time position available at a 60,000 case winery located in Door County, the great lakes region of Wisconsin, one hour north of Green Bay.
The successful candidate will participate and provide assistance with fruit and grape wine production process including fermentation activities, chemical analysis, and activities downstream to wine processing through bottling. This person must also be able to perform tank racking, fermentation maintenance, and practice proper sanitation procedures. A degree in Enology is preferred but not mandatory, must be able to work with a range of different personalities and have a sense of humor.
