Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:­

- Maintain office services, including designing and managing filing and record systems, communications protocols and keeping management informed of operations
- Monthly reporting tasks including, business expenses, credit cards, inventory, compliance, and sales transactions
­- Support the organization’s customer relations, primarily focusing on responding to customers’ requests and inquiries via telephone and email
­- Assist in planning and arranging all meetings and staff activities; participate as required
­- Create and track timelines for new plans, wine releases and projects both with the internal team and professional services contractors (e.g., graphic designer, web developer, software vendors, bookkeeper, etc.)
- ­Process wine orders for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) shipping and oversee all aspects of fulfillment process from DTC warehouse (e.g., weather holds, shipping packaging, inventory, etc.)
- Manage and track fulfillment of broker/distributor transactions from storage warehouse
­- Maintain all inventories at various locations, re-stock winery storage as needed and coordinate transfers between locations
­- Research and investigate information, opportunities and issues as requested by team
- ­Provide administrative/office support to the owners and team for all projects
- ­Maintain the consumer database and provide detailed reporting for sales and marketing
­- Coordinate and manage logistics of wine releases
- ­Support the production of various marketing collateral materials, both print and digital
- ­Proofread/edit communications
­- Assist in set­ting up and breaking down tastings/special events for consumers both in Napa and St. Helena, as needed
­- Provide sales support and track depletions
­- Make deliveries and run errands

Job Qualifications

- ­Strong administrative and organizational skills
­- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- ­Experience and comfort with relationship building and outreach to customers, vendors, internal team, etc.
- ­Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with marketing and communications
- ­Strong problem solving skills and ability to multitask
­- Proficient in basic computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- ­Ability to work collaboratively
- Passion for learning and achieving excellence
- ­Self­-starter, willingness to work independently
- WordPress and HTML knowledge preferable
