Mumm Napa is seeking an experienced individual for the long term Temporary position of Administrative Assistant for our Finance Department. This is a part-time (32 hour/wk.) position with flexible work hours.
This position will be responsible for:
•Perform department clerical functions including scanning documents, filing, mail distribution.
•Processing of invoices through Department Managers for review and approval; and, tracking the status of invoices to ensure they are handled.
•Use of JD Edwards to research invoice payments and status.
•Submit New Vendor requests.
Knowledge, Experience, Skills:
•High School diploma, or equivalent
•2-4 year’s related experience – accounting or administrative experience in a similar capacity.
•Basic Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills required
•JDE experience preferred
•Professional and friendly demeanor
•Organization and attention to detail
