JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Wine Club and Logistics Coordinator is a key position for coordinating activities central to growing and supporting our wine clubs. The individual in this role will be responsible for planning and executing e-commerce and wine club sales and organizing fulfillment through wine shipments through our 3rd party partners. The ideal person will assist with direct sales and respond to calls, emails, text messages and inquiries as they come into the winery. Proactive and organized support of and communication with the wine clubs, repeat customers and new leads will be an important part of this position. The coordinator will report directly to the Allocations Manager for John Anthony Family of Wines. This is a regular full-time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Shipping
o Ensure smooth daily operations of all shipments including club shipments
o Ensure shipments are delivered in timely manner
o Check exception reports daily and remedy issues
o Process, redirect, and rectify shipments returns for all DTC shipments
o Actively resolve orders with shipping errors or miscellaneous issues
•  Inventory
o Maintain and record accurate inventories
o Report monthly inventory report for all brands from all warehouses
o Report monthly inventory velocities for all brands
•  Clubs
o Compose and send emails for each Wine Club shipment
o Problem solve and follow up with club members, vendors and within the DTC department
o Data entry including new memberships, updating credit cards and shipping addresses
o Correspond with members, vendors and other departments via phone and email
o Execute wine club shipments including process club payments, monitor membership, update members’ credit cards and addresses, rectify lost or damaged shipments, and resolve customer service issues, including declined wine club orders

o eCommerce CRM contact maintenance
•  Responsible to adhere to department calendars
•  Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

•  Wine industry (preferably wine club and shipping) experience
•  Experience with Microsoft Office, WineDirect and ShipCompliant required, Tock preferred
•  Team player with ability to work independently
•  College degree preferred

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

•  Office environment - mostly sedentary work
•  Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS
•  Monday-Friday at our Napa headquarters
•  Minimal travel required

Base Salary Range: $66,560 - $70k+ depending on skills and experience
